
In my opinion, if I cannot withdraw my funds, they are as good as stolen by Binance. I provided video of what was happening, screenshots, blockchain hashes, etc. They told me that yes, I can indeed withdraw my funds (I can't), to denying any limitation (I provided screenshots of the system denying me), to a number of non-answers or "is it better now?". In response to this forked deposit, I have spent months back and forth to no success. The message is "Deposited funds are frozen until confirmation" (it's been 3 months), and I cannot withdraw those funds. In other words, they credited my account but be it for a forked chain or whatnot-my funds are no longer in my control, and they are in Binance's wallet, not mine. For some reason, their system refuses to acknowledge the number of blockchain confirmations it has after 3 months. In the first ticket, I deposited Bitcoin to their wallet. I have weeks of me going "Hello?" to their customer service who only writes back, "Is it resolved yet?" And I'm like.NO, you can't unburn funds. I have tried all forms of customer service from chat, to creating a ticket, to reddit posts (automod blocking it), to twitter. I have 2 open tickets with Binance, both of which remain unresolved, barely answered, and generally ignored. I'm not one to go out and make alarmist statements, but here's the story. I am at a lost at now where to complain because their HQ is not in the United States where I could file instant complaint against them through bbb.org (better business bureau) but their HQ shows currently in a evasive location somewhere around in Malta. At that point, they mentioned "I was being obscene" without addressing their problem of invasion of privacy.

Sensing this sort of unscrupulous invasion of privacy by their customer service is going to continue indefinitely without actually restoring my I asked them when they are going to stop interrogating and whether 3rd request is going to be a video of my DICKS and even I fulfill that, I was not sure whether they are going to unlock my account. Hi, I also had terrible issues with Binance in the past. even worse you send some inquiry form about your ‘service’ where i should respond to your selfcentric text boxes? How dare you. Just let some underpaid, untrained first line worker do the filthy job. these are not small issues, and as i see from the discussion here you keep blaming others, while in the mean time nothing is done to improve anything. you keep providing second or third rate service if there is no way to send a complaint and refuse listening at your idiotic desk with even more clueless crypto idiots Probably a middle manager imbecile who is operating the calls? you don’t let someone wait for 6 hours in the waiting que with 450 people waiting and block the line at postition 24. you don’t send automatic emails and then think your customer is stupid, because hey computers don’t make mistakes.
